  • As an Environmental Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards at construction sites. You will conduct inspections, collect data, and analyze information to ensure environmental protection and safety.

    Responsibilities
    - Conduct environmental inspections at construction sites
    - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
    - Collect data and samples for analysis
    - Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
    - Perform quality control inspections to maintain environmental standards
    - Analyze findings and prepare detailed reports
    - Collaborate with construction teams to address environmental concerns

    Experience
    - Experience in construction site inspections or environmental compliance is preferred
    - Knowledge of quality inspection and control procedures
    - Ability to read and interpret E&S plans
    - Familiarity with data collection methods and analysis techniques

    -Drone experience is preferred, but not required. Acquiring a drone pilots license and being able to efficiently fly a drone will be a requirement of the job after employment which will be employer provided.

  • We are seeking a full time detail-oriented and highly analytical Civil Construction Estimator to join our team located in Montrose, PA. This role is responsible for reviewing project documents, performing quantity take-offs from prints, and compiling relevant data to support senior management in preparing competitive proposals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil construction practices, cost estimation, and bid preparation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Review project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to understand scope and requirements.

    · Perform accurate quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering blueprints.

    · Analyze material, labor, and equipment costs to generate detailed cost estimates.

    · Research and compile pricing for subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

    · Identify potential risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering options.

    · Assist in preparing comprehensive bid proposals for senior management review.

    · Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to refine estimates.

    · Maintain and update estimating databases, ensuring accuracy in cost analysis.

    · Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in civil construction estimation.

    Position Requirements:

    · Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

    · Proven experience in civil construction estimating or a similar role.

    · Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.

    · Familiarity with construction estimation software (such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, ProEst, or similar).

    · Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

    · Strong communication and organizational skills.

    · Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

    • Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment

    •  Identify mechanical problems in vehicles and equipment and perform necessary repairs.

    • Communicate with supervisor and crews on repair and maintenance needs

    Position Requirements:

    • Class B CDL

    • 2 Years Experience with CAT Equipment

    • Willing to travel to several job sites and be out of town

    • Strong diagnostic skills, proficiency in using mechanical tools and equipment, excellent problem solving abilities.

    • Understand & follow all safety and project regulations.

    • Understand how to properly use all company/rented equipment & tools

    • Be able to communicate issues, questions, and concerns with Supervisors

    • Willing to travel in & out of state will be required

    • Work in a team environment

    Position Requirements:

    • Detail-oriented

    • Mechanical Ability

    • Equipment Upkeep (ex. fueling, greasing, cleaning)

    • Able to work with mulch, stone, and timber mats

    • Prior heavy equipment operation experience is preferred
